Why Am I The Expert?

living in parker colorado relocation

Since relocating myself from the crazy real estate market of Southern California in 2003, I have lived in Parker and been involved locally in sales/real estate as a salesperson, investor, creator, local entrepreneur, and social media expert. Parker Voted As Best Place To Raise A Family

My areas of expertise are in Parker, of course, (see information about Parker here) You can also take a look at the various neighborhoods in Parker (neighborhood list)  I also service the nearby areas of Greenwood Village, Littleton, Castle Rock, Sedalia, Castle Pines, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Centennial, Aurora, Franktown, and Elizabeth. Here are some housing statistics for Parker.

As each area has its own flavor, it is vitally important to me that you become aware of all the unique facets of each community and county. As an example, how are the schools, parks, shopping, taxes, medical facilities, recreation, proximity to transportation/work, etc. Any agent that helps you in your relocation journey should make this information available to you. I will!

How Long Is The Process?

“Time Is Of The Essence” At the very onset of our first call, I will endeavor to uncover as much information as I can about your wants, needs, family, job, job location, timing to move, resources, qualifications, preferred contact medium and availability. I may be also able to assist you with some things in your current location as it applies to your relocation. The more I know about your situation, the better job I can do for you. I will set up a client portal for you, with REColorado MLS, to view properties and for us to communicate. You will be able to make notes and comments and I can provide any additional research on interested properties. I can also provide you with an updated video for any neighborhoods you may be interested in.

On Your Visit…

If you need any help for your trip such as hotels, transportation, restaurants, a gym, childcare, sightseeing, etc. just let me know and I will provide you with the resources. When you finally head to Colorado to actually meet and view homes in person, we can employ 2 basic methods for you to consider. #1 We can spend a few hours (hopefully in the same vehicle) getting to know the areas and neighborhoods and then schedule actual showings in your favorites the following day. #2 Depending on the time you have to look at homes, we can exhaust the research online with emails, vetted property alerts, links, videos, Facetime, Zoom conference calls, etc. Therefore, when you arrive, we will already have showings in place for you to view that I have personally previewed in advance for you.The Timbers Parker Relocation

Living In Parker Colorado Real Estate
  • Search for your Realtor in the areas you are moving to. They should live and work in those areas and have a significant online presence.
  • Reach out to this agent and see that they respond to you quickly.
  • A great agent should compile as much information about you, your family, your situation, your real estate wants and needs, your personal needs, timing, etc.
  • Find out how this agent will communicate with you and how they will notify you of potential properties and invite your feedback.
  • A great agent will also provide you with guidance and assistance on your move. What do you need to make your move smooth on your originating end? Referrals? Checklists? Advice?
  • You may have some special requirements on your visit. A great agent will assist you in finding a hotel, arranging for childcare, rent a car, recommending restaurants, gyms, mortgage brokers, etc.
  • Find out how this agent will communicate with you and how they will notify you (texts, email, phone, video) of potential properties and to invite your feedback.
  • A great agent will handle the leg work (before your visit) by doing the research,(based on your input) providing you with potential properties to view, physically preview the ones you convey an interest in, provide a video of the neighborhood and property, demographics, school information, etc.

  • Your agent should represent you in all negotiations including the offer to purchase, price, timing, home inspections, amendments, deadlines, etc.

Moreover, A great agent will serve you after the closing and become your reliable source for all things real estate-related if not a long-time friend.
